WHAT WE LOVE...

Limassol's latest five-star kid on the block delivers style, chic and Michelin-starred excellence at the highest level. On arrival, your car will be whisked away and parked while you kick back with a fresh juice in the grand lobby before checking into one of the sumptuous, hi-tech rooms, each with sea view. A duo of celebrity chefs - Nobu Matsuhisa, known for his Japanese/Peruvian fusion gastronomy, and Giorgio Locatelli, whose London eatery has a Michelin star - ensure that this luxury hotel is at the top of the Cypriot culinary scene. The architecture is stunning, with warm wood, natural stone, marble and floor to ceiling panoramic windows creating a light, elegant, relaxed feel. A fabulous spa and infinity pools provide oodles more style and sophistication.

THE DETAILS

Location

We loved being able to walk out of the hotel gardens and into the sea for a morning dip . At 23 degrees Celsius, the sea is warm (even in December).

From the hotel, numerous beaches are within walking distance. It's a 25-minute drive to Limassol city centre where you can visit the Old Port, Castle Museum and Zoo.
By plane: flights from London to Larnaca take 4 hours 40 minutes. The hotel is a 35-minute drive from the airport. Free on-site parking. skyscanner.net
