WHAT WE LOVE...

Right in the heart of Dublin's Georgian district, just a short stroll from Merrion Square and the Grafton Street area, the Merrion Hotel is set around five restored 18th-century Georgian townhouses and the place oozes classic style and glamour. Think open fires in the period-style drawing rooms and bespoke stationery and writing desks in the bedrooms. A stay here is all about comfort and style, whether you choose to curl up on a sofa, pose on the garden terrace in summer or dress up for a two-Michelin-star feast at Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud.

THE DETAILS

Location

We love being able to step outside onto a beautiful Georgian Street, with Merrion Square and the National Gallery just a short stroll away.

The National Gallery of Ireland is only a 2-minute walk from the hotel and there are plently of tram stops close by for exploring the city.
By plane: there are direct flights to Dublin Airport from Manchester (1 hour), Birmingham (1 hour 5 minutes) and London (1 hour 15 minutes). The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport.
