Style & Character
Gastronomes and gardeners, couples and families, or anyone wanting a relaxing hotel break where everything is just so will love it here. It's not cheap, but it's not all Mercs in the car park - Blanc's philosophy is that it should be accessible to everyone for a special occasion.

Service & Facilities
The gardens are offset perfectly by artwork - look out for Max, the image of an ill-behaved toff Blanc kicked out of his restaurant. Dogs are allowed in some bedrooms and public rooms; kennels are provided.

Rooms
Even the sugar-coated almonds in each room are colour coded - that's the level of detail you can expect here. They are all beautiful, but Botticelli has a spiral staircase leading to a bathroom with two tubs and a gorgeous mural.

Food & Drink
We love that vegans and vegetarians get their own menu, and whichever menu you choose, you can match your dishes with wine flights. Every mouthful is memorable, but the risotto of wild mushrooms with perigord truffle is perfection on a plate.
