Housed in an elegant old town building built in the 17th century that educated missionaries, this 27-room hotel is just moments away from Las Ramblas and central Palma, yet located in a quiet side street. Delectably decorated throughout with chic, minimalist design enlivened by colourful artworks, it has an inviting patio area lined with palm trees, an underground spa, and a roof terrace with a pool and panoramic views of Palma. Its one Michelin-starred restaurant offers innovative Mediterranean cuisine and its atmospheric bar, with regular exhibitions of works by local artists, is a popular hang-out.
