WHAT WE LOVE...

The first Four Seasons in Spain, this five-star hotel brings grand luxury right into the touristic centre of the city with its position by Puerta del Sol. Occupying an iconic 19th-century building that was once a bank, the entire property has been reimagined and transformed. The lobby occupies the space of the former banking hall and choice pieces of original décor have been salvaged and restored. In the rooftop restaurant, celebrity chef Dani Garcia cooks contemporary Spanish cuisine in stylish surroundings with views across the city, while in the Asian-inspired ISA you can order sushi with paired cocktails. A tranquil spa provides a coveted place to swim and rooms are large and luxurious, with beds you won't want to rouse yourself from.
