Join an immersive and interactive murder mystery on board the British Pullman, one of Britain's most opulent and luxurious trains. Each carriage has been beautifully restored, and has a captivating story of the adventures they've been on and the celebrities and regal guests they've hosted.
Spend the night before your day trip at Eccleston Square Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel just minutes from Victoria Station. With luxurious Hästens beds and state-of-the-art facilities in your Queen Room, you're guaranteed a comfortable night, leaving you feeling sharp for a day of sleuthing.
You'll be welcomed on board with a glass of delightfully chilled Champagne. The drama begins as the train eases away at 11.15am, when a cast of suspects transports you to the 1951 Festival of Britain - yet all is not as it seems as a dramatic and murderous plot is revealed. Using your clue sheet and razor-sharp detective skills, you can interview the suspects and try and crack the case as the British Pullman makes its way through the English countryside.
You have a fabulous five-hour train journey to solve the mystery. A seasonal five-course lunch, expertly paired with sommelier-selected wines, allows you to relax and enjoy the ambience of the train and the ever-changing scenery outside the window. Lunch is rounded off with coffee, tea and petit fours as you ponder each enigmatic character you'll meet throughout the afternoon.
By the time you arrive back in London Victoria, the case will be cracked, the dastardly villain identified, and prizes for the canniest detectives of the afternoon will be awarded.
