Live your holiday fantasies on a Caribbean and Antilles cruise in March 2023, making ten stops at tropical islands and enjoying life aboard MSC Seaside

What we love: The glitz and gloss of MSC Seaside elevate this Caribbean cruise to something exceptional. Nine restaurants, plus a multi-storey waterpark, make this truly a resort-at-sea.

The islands of the Caribbean and Antilles are as colourful and beautiful in real life as they appear in glossy brochures. And why stop at one island when you can board a stylish cruise liner and hop from port to port and discover the secrets and culture of each island on a 13-night adventure?

You'll board the sensational MSC Seaside in Barbados with your first full day spent travelling to the Spice Island of Grenada, allowing you plenty of time to get to know your ship. There are nine dining venues, a waterpark, two full-sized bowling alleys, a spa, and three swimming pools onboard. The mirrored four-deck atrium is the heart of the liner, an impressive venue in itself.

The islands you'll visit will steal your heart. From little St Maarten to laid-back Antigua, delightful St. Kitts and lush Guadeloupe, there's enough time at each stop to get to know each one and decide on your favourites. You'll also have the opportunity to return to the islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique, so you'll have extra time to explore more of these sun-drenched islands.

Onboard, find a quiet spot on the Waterfront Boardwalk or a sunlounger around Miami Beach Pool, South Beach Pool. The spa, MSC Aurea Spa (entry at a supplement), is hard to resist with its thermal rooms and relaxation areas.

Nights onboard are a spectacle to witness, with dazzling Broadway-style shows to enjoy, or there are numerous bars to choose from for a post-dinner drink. After all, all your drinks, including premium selections, are included in your holiday.

    Pointe-, Guadeloupe

Pointe-à-Pitre is the main town on Grande-Terre between Guadeloupe's two biggest islands. Spend a day on the beach or visit the illuminating Mémorial ACTe, a museum dedicated to the history of slavery and colonialism. There's plenty of time for both, as the ship doesn't sail until 8pm tonight.

Antigua's capital, with some 45,000 inhabitants (approximately half the island's population), lies at sea level at the inland end of a sheltered northwestern bay. Although it has seen better days, a couple of notable historic sights and some good waterfront shopping areas make it worth a visit. At the far south end of town, where Market Street forks into Valley and All Saints roads, haggling goes on every Friday and Saturday, when locals jam the Public Market to buy and sell fruits, vegetables, fish, and spices. Ask before you aim a camera; your subject may expect a tip. This is old-time Caribbean shopping, a jambalaya of sights, sounds, and smells
