Arrive at the Padstow Harbour Hotel and on your first evening, special guest author and journalist Tim Hubbard, will deliver a talk, sharing insights into Cornwall's rich horticultural history. You'll also receive a copy of his book The Great Gardens of Cornwall. You'll be visiting several gardens during the trip, including Tregrehan Garden and Trewithen Gardens.
A highlight is a unique Field to Fork Experience with Chief Director Jack Stein, son of Rick Stein, at Padstow Kitchen Garden. Jack will be joined by chef and Padstow Kitchen Garden owner Ross Geach, and the pair will give a talk on the history of the farm and its role in sustainable food production. Afterwards, enjoy a four-course seasonal menu prepared by Ross, paired with carefully selected wines..
The tour also includes entry to the world-famous Eden Project, where you can explore the biomes at your own pace. Enjoy a private guided tour of Caerhays Castle and Garden, followed by a traditional afternoon tea in the castle. Wine lovers will appreciate a guided tour and tasting at Trevibban Vineyard, while tea enthusiasts can look forward to a visit to the Tregothnan Estate, home to the UK's only tea plantation.

Travel to Padstow and arrive at the Padstow Harbour Hotel for your five-night stay. Enjoy a welcome drink and talk from Tim Hubbard, author of The Great Gardens of Cornwall - each guest will be presented with a copy of the book. This evening, a group dinner will be served in a private dining room at the hotel.

Day2Tregrehan Garden and Caerhays CastlePadstow, United Kingdom
After breakfast this morning, meet your coach and Tour Manager and transfer to Tregrehan Garden for a private tour with the owner. Highlights include The Glasshouse, tree collection and various species of camellia. Rejoin the coach and transfer to Caerhays Castle. Enjoy some light refreshments at the Magnolia Tea Room, before embarking on a private garden and castle tour. The gardens are internationally acclaimed for their breathtaking displays of camellias and rhododendrons. After the tour, you'll enjoy a delicious afternoon tea in the castle. Return to Padstow and have dinner at your leisure this evening.

After breakfast this morning, meet your coach and Tour Manager and transfer to Prideaux Place, for a private tour. This charming Elizabethan manor is set in tranquil grounds overlooking an ancient deer park, with a beautiful remodelled Victorian Formal Garden among the highlights. After the tour, rejoin the coach and transfer to Padstow Kitchen Garden for a Field to Fork Experience with Ross Geach and Jack Stein - every guest will be given a copy of Jack's book. Your delicious culinary experience includes a welcome drink, followed by a four-course seasonal menu with wine pairings.

Day4Eden Project and Trevibban VineyardPadstow, United Kingdom
After breakfast this morning, meet your coach and Tour Manager and transfer to the Eden Project, for a self-guided visit. The large Mediterranean biome houses over 1,000 varieties of plant, while the 20 acres of outdoor gardens are home to over 20 plant-based exhibits, colourful seasonal borders and art installations. Lunch will be taken at your leisure during the visit. This afternoon, rejoin the coach for a tour and tasting at Trevibban Vineyard. Return to the hotel for dinner this evening.

Day5Trewithen Gardens and Tregothnan River GardenPadstow, United Kingdom
After breakfast this morning, meet your coach and Tour Manager and transfer to Trewithen Gardens for a private garden tour with the Head Gardener. Trewithen means 'house of the trees' and you'll find 30 acres of woodland and 200 acres of parkland to explore. Have lunch at your own leisure at the Tea Shed in the gardens, before rejoining the coach. Travel to Tregothnan River Garden for a tea tour with a private host, including tea tasting. Walk through Europe's largest tea plantation, uncovering the rich heritage of the estate and its connection to the river. After your visit, transfer to Philleigh Way Cookery School for a seafood demonstration, dinner and drinks. Return to the hotel this evening.
