Shop in modern malls and traditional markets, dive with sea turtles and admire Arabic architecture on this cruise from Dubai to Singapore through the Persian Gulf

Tradewind's Golden Horizon is the World's largest square-rigged sailing vessel. Powered by the prevailing winds for at least 70 per cent of the year she has sustainability at her heart as well as the outstanding food, cabins and service levels expected of a five-star luxury cruise.

Leaving behind Dubai - the Middle Eastern capital of hedonism and big, bold architecture - we'll sail around the Persian Gulf and on to Muscat, Oman. This capital city couldn't be more different to the UAE - there's not a skyscraper in sight, and much of the architecture here has Arabic flair, such as arched windows or the occasional dome.

Walk along the waterfront Corniche to enjoy the breeze coming off the Gulf of Oman, and delve into the souqs for exciting shopping experiences - piles of spices, nuts and colourful handicrafts line the warren of shopping streets at indoor market, Mutrah. Nearby, you can sail out to lagoons to dive with sea turtles, or simply stay in the city to enjoy its many museums.

From Oman, we'll sail across the Indian Ocean over 11 days bound for Singapore. During your time in the city, don't miss the Gardens by the Bay with its towering supertrees and sky-high walkways, and be sure to sample some of Singapore's best street food in Little India. The perfect way to round off this spectacular journey? A toast with a Singapore Sling at the world-famous Raffles Hotel, of course.

Your home throughout will be the luxurious Golden Horizon, a near replica of a 1913-built ocean-faring ship, which combines the charm and romance of a classical vessel, with the food and service you expect of a modern ship.
