Optional excursions include a visit to see 18th-century Cádiz
Cathedral, a trip to Jerez de la Frontera, sherry capital of
Andalusia, or a lesson on the art of flamenco dancing. The
following day you'll get the chance to step ashore in Morocco and
explore Tangier, including its vibrant hillside Medina and the
mysterious Cave of Hercules.
Back in Spain, your itinerary continues with stops in Almería, one of Andalusia's most atmospheric towns, with a huge Moorish fortress that overlooks the Med, and Menorca's capital, Mahón. You'll then sail to Palma de Mallorca, capital of the Balearic Islands, where you'll disembark.
