For up-to-date advice on travel and COVID-19, see our homepage.
If you love Italian cuisine and would like to master the art of making it, our cookery holidays are perfect. Combining hands-on lessons with the chance to experience la dolce vita, this trip is exclusive to readers of GH.
This stunning part of central Italy boasts rolling hills, hilltop villages and a beautiful coastline. On your cooking holiday, you'll stay 30 minutes from Florence on a private estate.
At the private villa you'll make regional favourites, such as bistecca alla Fiorentina or pappa al pomodoro. You will also enjoy a Florence food tour, visit San Lorenzo Market, taste olive oil, meats and cheeses and have lunch at a 'slow food' trattoria, plus a private tasting at a local winery.
What's more, a private chef will prepare delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners for you at the villa and you'll get to try local wines matched with your meals.
Please note, we are also offering cooking experiences in Venice and Sicily.
