Head to a private Tuscan villa to join the Good Housekeeping Institute’s head tutor and hand-picked local Italian chefs on a foodie holiday
New 2021 dates have been added for this wonderful
cooking trip. For up-to-date advice on travel and COVID-19, see our
homepage.
Our inaugural GH cooking holiday was so popular that
we're introducing new dates for 2021. On these four-day breaks in
the rolling Tuscan countryside, you'll not only have the chance to
learn to cook like an Italian, with handpicked local chefs, but
you'll also be in the company of the Good Housekeeping Institute's
head tutor, Cher Loh. Before leading courses at the GHI Cookery
School, Cher worked in some of London's most prestigious
restaurants (from Nobu to One Great George Street) and alongside
amazing chefs, including the late Antonio Carluccio.
Foodie escape
Staying in a villa, with a pool and garden, in a group of no
more than 10 GH readers, you'll enjoy cooking classes, as
well as a masterclass, dinner and Q&A session with Cher. Cher
says:
'I love expanding people's culinary horizons, I can't wait to
join readers in Tuscany again next year.'
Fabulous Florence
You'll go on a food tour of Florence, which will include a
trattoria lunch and a visit to San Lorenzo Market, and enjoy a
tasting of fine Tuscan vintages at a local winery. Plus, there's no
single supplement, so whether you're travelling solo, with your
partner or friends, this is the ideal gourmet break to the ultimate
destination for food-lovers. We expect dates to sell out fast, so
book now to secure your place.
