Best known for co-presenting How Clean Is Your House?, Aggie has written for national publications and was head of the Good Housekeeping Institute for a number of years. She has since qualified as a yoga instructor and we're thrilled that she'll be leading classes on this fitness holiday.

Following the success of our first ever fitness break, we've teamed up with our trusted partner Flavours Holidays to offer Good Housekeeping readers another opportunity to wind down in the Tuscan sunshine.

Joining you will be Aggie MacKenzie, who co-starred in How Clean Is Your House? in the early 2000s. The fabulous Scottish television personality will join you throughout your time in Tuscany, where she'll lead daily yoga classes outside (weather permitting) at your historic villa.
On arrival, you'll be met at Pisa Airport and then driven by private transfer to one of the beautiful Flavours Holidays villas, which have outdoor pools and gorgeous grounds, full of almond and olive trees, for you to relax in. You'll be treated to healthy, home-cooked Italian food made by excellent local chefs and enjoy dinner at a trattoria in Siena on one evening, too. You'll also have spare time to explore the local area, with highlights including the Palazzo Pubblico and Siena Cathedral.
This is a great opportunity to improve your core strength and tone your body, as well as relax and make new friends in the Italian sun.

Day1Arrival and welcome drinksSiena, Italy
Arrive at Pisa airport and transfer to your private Tuscan villa in the Chianti countryside, near Siena. Once you've settled in you'll enjoy a welcome drinks with your host, Aggie MacKenzie, followed by a late lunch. You'll have your first yoga lesson before dinner at the villa.
Day2Explore SienaSiena, Italy
Today begins with an early rise for a group yoga session, before breakfast together surrounded by the stunning Tuscan countryside. In the afternoon, take a trip to Siena to enjoy time for shopping and sight-seeing, with highlights including the Palazzo Pubblico and Siena Cathedral. Tonight, you'll stay in Siena for dinner at a traditional Trattoria, trying out some of the region's delicious rustic delicacies, before returning to your villa.
Day3Q&A with Aggie and wine-tastingSiena, Italy
Another early start this morning ensures you'll get the most out of your final full day, with a group yoga class followed by a freshly prepared healthy breakfast. Afterwards, enjoy some time relaxing in the villa's pool and gardens, and take part in an informal Q&A with Aggie MacKenzie.
This afternoon, you'll visit a local winery to learn about the wine-making process during a tour of the premises, and then try out some of the wonderful wines they make. You'll also have the option of a massage today, before a final dinner at your villa.
Day4Early morning yoga and return homeSiena, Italy
Enjoy a final morning yoga session with your new friends today, then have time to pack and take one last swim in the villa's pool after breakfast. After a farewell lunch together, transfer to Pisa airport for your flight home.
Charming Tuscan villa set among vineyards and olive groves
Villa Casanova is an Italian homestead from the early 19th century with rustic, spacious interiors typical for rural Tuscan architecture. It is located in the unmistakable Chianti countryside, an area famous for its breathtaking natural scenery, and the villa is surrounded by stunning olive groves and vineyards. Outside there is a communal dining area, swimming pool and wonderful gardens to relax in.
